Challenges

Brandable initially began as an exercise in taking a conceptual idea that was mapped out at a high level, and filling in the blanks to create a usable product.

Through our discovery phrase, we identified several challenges in designing a robust platform that accounted for multiple user types operating in different roles, integrating multiple marketplaces with different levels of available analytics, and information hierarchy to target and isolate relevant data points. It wasn’t just about creating an intuitive product, but rather an intuitive product that rolled up several complex features into one centralized location.





Results

We began by conducting several user interviews with various team members (internal users as well as external clients) to fully understand how each role needed to utilize the platform. We then mapped out a unique experience for each role, complete with individual tools relevant to their job functions.

Once we had every experience laid out, we began constructing wireframes that combined each individual tool into a holistic platform, complete with customizable dashboards, interchangeable functionality, and cross-departmental communication. In the end, we presented our final UX solution and once approved, created a design system, applied the user interface, and created a brand identity to make it marketplace ready.
